The CATH database has been updated and version 2.6.0 has now been released. The CATH database has finally outgrown its old server and
now has a new home on http://cathwww.biochem.ucl.ac.uk or on http://www.cathdb.info.
New features include:-
11897 new chains
87 new folds
18663 new domains

Downloadable domain pdb files
Downloadable domain rasmol files
The latest version of the CATH database can be accessed at http://cathwww.biochem.ucl.ac.uk/latest/.
Older versions of the CATH database will soon be made available to browse alongside the latest release.
(There is a possibility that the domain or CATH level that you are searching for
has been moved or removed. Sequence cluster hierachy levels will change between each release)
